Users reserve

Direct reservations allows room users such as employees, customers
or other visitors to see your availability, and make their own confirmed
reservations, using Reserviz either as self-service room booking software
or resource scheduling software, depending on your choice.

You do not need to approve every request.

This choice gives you an automated reservation system, in which you are notified
of new reservations, which users make for themselves.



 

Your user or customer

 

Users use room booking software or resource scheduling software

 

Users choose which room they would like to reserve.

 

 

The user chooses an available slot, and the type of reservation they would like.

 

 

The user receives a confirmation email. The business also receives an automated email to let them know a new reservation has been made.
